About Ronnie: Ronnie Dickerson Stewart is the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of OhHeyCoach, an executive leadership development and learning company serving leaders across advertising, media, marketing, PR, and tech. A dually certified executive and career coach, she is the host of The Career Clinic Podcast, a two-time ADCOLOR Award winner, a 4A's Foundation board member, and a She Runs It Working Mother of the Year honoree. Work Life Remix is her debut book.
About Tarik: Tarik Nally is a Muslim-American creative director, designer, ecosystem builder, community-led affordable housing developer, 20-year entrepreneur and social impact investor. Currently he is the Founder & Creative Principal of Kale & Flax, Chief Creative Officer of the TKT Collab (a multicultural creative agency, and Stellantis' Agency of Record), a founding partner in the Re:land Group (MBE Urban Planning & Affordable Housing Development group), Managing Partner of Small Thyme Fund, Founder of Work Four Days Inc (bye, bye Friday workdays), creative advisor to U.S. Senate and Congressional political candidates, Brand Manager and songwriter for global music artist Kayem, a U.S. State Dept/YLAI Entrepreneurial Exchange Ambassador in the Dominican Republic and Jordan, and previously was the Founder of Wild Accelerator, the 10th startup accelerator for women entrepreneurs in the U.S. funded by JP Morgan/Chase, where he still serves on the board.
