Meijie “Mei” Liao @daywithmei is a James Beard Foundation and IACP–nominated recipe developer and content creator based in Brooklyn, New York. Born to Sichuanese parents and raised in California, she is the creator of @daywithmei, where she shares approachable recipes that work to dispel food stigmas. Her latest work explores the everyday rituals and values of the Sichuanese diaspora, from stewarding century-old pickles to championing offal.

Born out of the fine dining scene and crafted in Melbourne, Australia, NON creates wine alternatives that are made from real produce, infused with culinary thinking, and built to pair with food.
