🤍 RELEASE: Making Space for What Matters

A values-driven workshop exploring letting go through reflection, connection, and painting.

Drawing on the Becoming You® Methodology developed by Professor Suzy Welch, combined with a guided painting experience.

By October, the year has picked up speed. We carry so much through our days: responsibilities, expectations, commitments, old habits, and versions of ourselves that may no longer fit.

Some of what we carry matters deeply. Some of it once served us well. And some may be taking up more space than it deserves.

As we move deeper into fall, what if we gave ourselves permission to let some of it Fall?

RELEASE is built around one central question: What am I carrying that no longer belongs in the season ahead?

Using insights from the Values Bridge® assessment, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and an intuitive painting experience led by artist Ali Futrell, we'll explore what's taking up our time and energy, why we hold on, and what we're ready to release, reduce, or carry differently.

🌿 Who this is for:

For women who:
• Feel stretched thin or pulled in too many directions
• Carry expectations, commitments, or patterns that no longer feel aligned
• Want to make more space for what truly matters
• Are in a transition, or simply sensing that something is shifting

✨ What you’ll experience:

Together, we will:
• Slow down through grounding and guided reflection
• Revisit your Values Bridge® results to explore where your time and energy may be out of alignment
• Explore why we hold on to certain patterns, and connect through meaningful and intimate conversations
• Move beyond words and explore letting go through a guided painting experience with artist Ali Futrell.

🌱 What you’ll leave with:

• Your full Values Bridge® report and deeper insight into the values driving your choices
• Greater clarity on what you're carrying and why it may be difficult to let go
• One meaningful intention and a small, concrete step toward making space for what matters
• Your own painting, a personal reminder of the space you're creating, and new connections with other women

Note: We put a lot of care into creating each Bloom experience and want to make these gatherings as accessible as possible. If pricing is a barrier, please reach out. We'd love to explore what's possible.

💛 New to Bloom, or joining us again?

Returning from RETURN? Welcome back. Just bring your Values Bridge® report. No new assessment needed. Look out for an email with your preferred pricing code before registering.

Joining for the first time? You're very welcome! You'll receive access to the Values Bridge® assessment and a short video walkthrough to complete beforehand, so everyone arrives with the same foundation.

Doors open at 5:30 PM for anyone who'd like to arrive early and ask questions.

🎒 What to bring:

• Your printed Values Bridge® report (let us know if you'd like us to print it for you. Phones will go in a basket)
• Your favorite journal and pen (RETURN participants, bring the same journal)
• Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting paint on
• An open mind and a willingness to reflect

Note: All painting materials will be provided.

🎨 A little more about the painting experience:

This is not a traditional painting class. Art becomes a way to explore what words alone sometimes cannot.

Guided by artist Ali Futrell, you'll use painting to express what you're holding, experiment with loosening its grip, and begin making room for something new.

There is no right or wrong way to create, and no artistic skills are required. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

🍷 Food and drink:

At Bloom, nourishing the body is part of nourishing the mind.

We’re gathering at a special restaurant, chosen with intention: local, seasonal food using farmers market produce and some of the best bread on the Westside (in our opinion).

We'll welcome you with appetizers, wine, and tea. Additional food and drinks can be purchased from the menu throughout the evening.

And when the workshop ends, there's no rush to leave. Stay for more food, drinks, and conversation.

🍂 The Bloom Fall Series:

First, we Return to what matters. Then, we Release what no longer deserves so much of our energy. Finally, we explore how to Respect and protect that space as life asks more of us.

RESPECT is tentatively scheduled for November 4, followed by Bloomsgiving on November 18, a closing gathering to celebrate the connections and insights created along the way.

Each workshop stands alone while building on a shared journey. Participants who continue through the series will enjoy preferred pricing for upcoming gatherings. There's no obligation to continue.

🤍 Hosted by:

Facilitated by Linda Chelala, certified IIN and Becoming You® Coach and Founder of The Bloom Collective, alongside artist Ali Futrell, an LA-based artist and muralist known for her mindful, beginner-friendly painting experiences.
