Morning Movement with Mellom Space
We're all moving somewhere. How do you navigate the space you're currently in?
Join Mellom Space for its launch gathering: a morning of movement, exploration, and connection in Oslo.
Mellom Space is a community for creative and curious people who are drawn to movement as a tool for discovery. Together, we'll use improvised movement, choreographic ideas, and creative practices to explore different themes, with space to reflect and connect along the way.
There are no steps or choreography to learn. Instead, you'll be invited to play with movement through imagery, tempos, sensations, relationships, and the space around you.
No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes you can move freely in, a warm layer in case it's a cold morning, and a water bottle.
The session is free and will be held in English.
