Creative Expressions Workshop

​Life's been a lot lately. Here's your permission slip to set it down for a couple of hours and make something ridiculous instead.

​Creative Expressions is a judgment-free playground for your imagination. We toss out quirky prompts, set a timer, and just... write. No outlines, no overthinking, no "is this good enough." Just you, a blank page, and whatever wonderfully weird thing your brain cooks up in seven minutes flat.

​Some sessions you'll surprise yourself. Some you'll write something so absurd you can't stop laughing. Either way, you'll leave lighter than you came in.

​All you need is a pen, paper (or keyboard), and a willingness to embrace the chaos. Zero experience required—just a pulse and a sense of humor.

​And since it's all on Zoom, you can join from your actual couch, your kitchen table, or a blanket fort if that's more your speed.
