Designing the Future of Work: Systems Thinking and AI Agents

​As AI advances, the way organizations structure work is changing rapidly. Tasks that once required teams of specialists can increasingly be carried out by coordinated AI agents, shifting the human role toward designing and directing the system. In this hands-on workshop, participants will use systems thinking to break complex work into roles, handoffs, standards, and review points, then build a working AI agent system.
