Women Holding Wonder: Ethics, Awe & Human-Centered Leadership in the Age of AI

​Come join us for a unique, contemplative evening for women, hosted by AI-Powered Women.

​We’ll gather in the quiet beauty of the MIT Chapel—a space designed for stillness and perspective—offering a rare pause from the pace of daily leadership.

​At a moment of profound and unprecedented technological, cultural, and human change, many women—especially those leading teams, shaping strategy, and raising the next generation—are carrying quiet existential questions about work, identity, and the role of AI in shaping our lives.

​This free, supportive, non-denominational evening brings together mindfulness, contemplative inquiry, and ethical reflection to support the whole intelligence women carry—cognitive, emotional, moral, and relational—especially in moments when clarity, orientation, and discernment matter more than speed or certainty.

​The gathering will include:

• ​sound healing, guided mindfulness, and embodied presence

• ​a short framing talk on awe, ethics, and human-centered leadership in the age of AI

• ​reflective inquiry around how we want to orient ourselves toward 2026—not just personally, but as leaders, stewards, and decision-makers

• ​connection and relationship-building with other women in a psychologically safe, non-performative space

​This is a space created for slowing down, meaning-making, and tending to our humanity as women shaping culture, teams, policies, and decisions in a rapidly changing world—a rare pause for thoughtful leaders to reflect before acting.
