The Little Kimchi Workshop

​🥬 Hi, I'm excited that you're interested in participating the upcoming kimchi workshop! We will learn about the art of making kimchi - the popular, healthy, tasty Korean fermented dish - and make it YOUR way.

​​​🥕 What to expect:

​​​I will share how I make my kimchi, what ingredients I use, and how you can customize it to your own taste. You'll get to make your own batch of kimchi that's totally you – let your creativity shine! Plus, it's a great chance to meet other kimchi lovers and have a fun, hands-on experience. Think of it as a kimchi-making day with (new) friends! The workshop is taught in English and is perfect for all skill levels.

​​​These are what you need to bring to the workshop:

​​​🛹 Cutting board 🔪 Knife and peeler 🥣 Small mixing bowl 🥣 XXL mixing bowl/baking tray 🥄 Wooden/bamboo spoon 🫙 Clean, large, jar(s) that can contain 2+ kg of food Used pickle jars are great! The bigger, the better. 💫You will make and come home with ±2 kg of kimchi 😊 Good energy

​​​(Optional) 👩🏻‍🍳 Apron ⚗️ Food processor/blender/grater

​​​🥛 Water and light bites are provided. You're welcome to arrive 30 mins before the workshop starts.
