​Build the Context Layers of an Analytics Agent - Hands-on

​Every analytics agent stands three things:

• ​wide data models,

• ​documented schema,

• ​and a context layer that tells it what the data means and how to go about it's job.

​Get this right and you have a working analytics agent.

​In this workshop, You will build the most important part that makes the agent work - Context Layer.

​You will get the data models and schema for cricket (IPL only).

​You will have access to 2 custom built tools to query the data and test the agent at work - with a Gemini 2.5 Flash model.

​Workshop plan:

• ​Intro to Agentic Analytics (30 minutes)

• ​'Break the Agent' session - 15 minutes - you find where the agent fails

• ​Detailed intro to Context and how to build it (15 minutes)

• ​'Build the Agent' session - you write the context that makes the agent work. (15 minutes)

• ​Evaluation session - You will run the benchmark and score your context. There will be winners (No losers though - the leaderboard only shows top 3, so you can relax and learn). (15 minutes)

​You leave able to set up context for AI from the ground up.

​For: Data professionals (2+ years) who already work with SQL and data models. You don't need need to know anything about agents to join this workshop.

​Duration: 2 hours (1.5 hr for workshop + 30 minutes Q & A)
