ThoughtLab: Fix the Flow Live: Inventory, Audit, and Simplify Your L&D Toolkit
Too many tools, too many tokens, too little time. In this live, hands-on master class, you will inventory the tools in your learning production process, then use the TWINS framework (Transcribe, Write, Imagine, Narrate, Sort) to decide where AI helps, what to automate, what to cut, and where a human stays in the loop and how.
The first hour is live teaching and demos across the ADDIE stages, with the ABCDEF-IQ prompting approach to direct AI clearly and check its work. A short breakout lets you try the skill right away. In the final 30 minutes, you will meet other participants in breakout rooms, pick a real scenario, write prompts for different steps, and list which tools each part of the process actually needs. You leave with a workflow audit, a tested prompt, and a shorter, smarter tool list.
