This intensive two-day, hands-on programme introduces participants to ChatGPT Codex as an AI Employee—an AI-powered working partner that can help trainers and facilitators turn ideas into functional digital assets, workflows and web-based solutions.
The programme is positioned between Level 3 and Level 4 of the 7 Levels of AI Adoption:
Level 3: AI-Powered Workflow and Workspace
Level 4: Agentic Workflow and Workspace
Participants will learn how to move from giving AI isolated instructions to creating a structured working environment where Codex can understand objectives, follow requirements, manage files, develop solutions, test its work and improve the final output.
Throughout the programme, participants will learn how to communicate effectively with Codex through proper prompt design, provide clear project instructions and supervise AI-generated work without needing to become professional programmers.
The main hands-on project will guide every participant through the process of building and deploying their own professional trainer or facilitator landing page.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
Understand the 7 Levels of AI Adoption and identify where their current AI usage sits.
Apply a structured Prompt Design framework when working with ChatGPT and Codex.
Understand Codex’s basic interface, files, folders, terminal, project instructions and operating workflow.
Translate an idea or training requirement into a clear project brief for AI.
Use Codex as an AI Employee to plan, develop, review, troubleshoot and improve a project.
Provide context, references and feedback that help Codex produce more accurate results.
Build a functional trainer or facilitator landing page.
Deploy the completed landing page online.
Connect the landing page to a personalised .my domain.
No previous coding experience is required. The programme is designed specifically for trainers, facilitators, learning and development practitioners, consultants, coaches and subject-matter experts who want to build useful digital solutions with AI.
