Lean Coffee After Dark: Agentic Infrastructure
Lean Coffee After Dark: Agentic Infrastructure
Java Lords, Atlanta · Tuesday, September 8 · 6–8pm
No speakers. No slides. No agenda — until you write it.
What is Lean Coffee?
Lean Coffee is a structured, participant-driven discussion format: everyone proposes topics, the room votes, and we work through the winners in timeboxed rounds. The agenda is built by the people who showed up, which means we talk about what's actually keeping you up at night.
This one is about agentic infrastructure — the unglamorous layer underneath the demos.
Bring your topics, midnight thoughts, and ponderings:
What does an agent actually need at runtime — identity, permissions, network policy?
Where does observability break when the caller is non-deterministic?
Who owns the blast radius when an agent has credentials?
What's real in production today vs. what's still a keynote slide?
How it works
6:00 — Arrive, coffee (or drink), write topics on sticky notes
6:20 — Dot vote, build the agenda together
6:30 — Timeboxed discussion rounds (~8 min each, thumbs to extend)
7:45 — Takeaways and open threads
Come whether you're building agents, running the platform they'll land on, or trying to figure out which one you're supposed to be.
Newcomers welcome — the format does the heavy lifting.
What's the agentic infrastructure thought you can't get out of your head? Bring it.
We are looking forward to seeing you and making new friends!
