Green Drinks Sun Valley
August Green Drinks details will be on Whiskey's upper deck in Ketchum!
This month, we’re exploring “Loving Nature to Death? The Complicated Relationship Between Outdoor Recreation & Conservation” with Liz Pederson, Development Director of the Wood River Trails Coalition. As more people enjoy our public lands, how do we balance access and recreation with protecting the places that need to stay wild? We’ll look at thoughtful recreation, conservation infrastructure, and local trail development around Hailey and Bellevue.
Green Drinks Sun Valley is the local Wood River Valley chapter of Green Drinks, a global networking movement that connects environmental leaders, professionals, and changemakers around the world.
Our chapter here in Sun Valley is a monthly happy hour for people working in, or passionate about, social and environmental impact. It’s a casual space to meet others doing meaningful work, hear from inspiring local leaders, and build stronger connections across our community.
Each event includes a short talk followed by open networking, conversation, and connection.
The Sun Valley chapter is organized by Cassidy Cichowicz of Wild Gift, Aimée Christensen of the Sun Valley Forum, and Eve Preucil.
