The Mindfulness Circle-Weekend
The Mindfulness Circle is a weekly gathering where we pause together to strengthen something that modern life often erodes: our attention, our awareness, and our capacity to respond thoughtfully instead of react automatically.
This is a secular space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the present moment in a grounded, practical way.
This circle is for people who want to cultivate:
• Greater focus and attention
• Emotional awareness and steadiness
• A healthier relationship with stress and overwhelm
• More presence in daily life
• Thoughtful conversation and human connection
You do not need prior meditation or mindfulness experience to join. Curiosity and openness are enough.
There is no pressure to 'do it right.'
This space is open to everyone, and it will particularly resonate if you are:
-A high-functioning professional navigating stressful decision-making
-Feeling technologically saturated and distracted with digital noise
-Looking for a way to regulate your overstimulated nervous system
Please note that this is a community practice space. The intention is to create a psychologically safe, and a secular space for attention, awareness, and cognitive reset.
As a long-time mindfulness practitioner trained in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), I've experienced the power of silence to regulate the nervous system. Even brief moments of silence can work wonders.
I'm holding the door open for you. If you need a moment of quiet and a weekend cognitive reset, come sit with us.
