we'll kick off with a quick round of intentions (what are you working on? what do you want to get done in the next hour?), then everyone gets their head down and works. at the end, we'll do a short check-in – what did you manage? what's next?
no agenda, no pressure. just you, your work, and a room full of people doing the same thing.
cameras on is encouraged – not to perform, just to feel the presence of other people. you'll stay muted the whole time.
this approach is called body doubling: the accountability technique, originally used in ADHD coaching, where the simple presence of another person helps you focus and follow through.
