About Event

Traction is the only metric that matters. Let's go get it with +30 Growth Channels

Building a great product is only half the battle; getting people to actually use it is where most startups die. After going through YC with Humoniq in S25 and driving the early traction needed to secure our $8.5m round, I’m sharing the exact, unscalable playbook we used to get off the ground.

I’ll share:

  • The "Do Things That Don't Scale" Reality: What growth hackers won't tell you about acquiring your first 100 users.

  • The Zero-to-One Arsenal: Over 20 battle-tested cold outreach scripts, DM templates, and landing page frameworks.

  • Where They Hide: How to find and infiltrate the highly specific communities where your ideal customers are already hanging out.

  • The Conversion Playbook: How to turn a cold lead into an early adopter, and an early adopter into a vocal evangelist.

Bring your computers, landing pages, and outreach drafts. This is a hands-on workshop. At most, I will be speaking for the first 20 minutes to lay out the framework. After that, we are rolling up our sleeves and building your early growth engine together. You will leave this room with a concrete plan to hit 1,000 users.

I’m a 3x founder, operator, and executive coach working at the intersection of leadership psychology, AI systems, and company building. I’ve launched four agentic AI products generating over $1M in revenue and most recently served as Fractional COO and first employee at Humoniq (YC S25), helping raise an $8.5M seed. I’ve coached 500+ founders and executives, mentored through programs like Intel Ignite Startup Montreal and Nucleate, and I’m currently writing The Primal Trap, a book about how primitive human psychology quietly shapes leadership and organizational success. Earlier, I built and led Customer Success at Nylas through its $140M Series C and later rebuilt and relaunched the CPG brand Hot Date Kitchen after a shutdown.
