One Photo, One Question · A Mini FLTS Experience - From Lens to Self Festival 2026

​A photograph can open up a question that words alone may find difficult to express.

​One Photo, One Question is a short introduction to the From Lens to Self approach: a practical session in which you will use an image to look more closely at something and make room for a meaningful question.

​Through a simple prompt and a few guided questions, you will move from taking a photograph to noticing what you chose to include in the frame. The image becomes a concrete starting point for reflection, sharing if you wish, and discovering a different perspective.

​What to bring: A smartphone or digital camera, pen and paper
