​Carnation moves plate image analysis off the workstation next to the microscope and into the browser. You can open a plate from anywhere, build a segmentation and measurement pipeline interactively on a single field of view, then run it across a whole plate on cloud GPUs, returning an analysis result 20x faster than existing tools with no need for custom scripts.
