DLN AI Peer Group
OVERVIEW
A collaborative space bringing digital & AI leads together to explore the opportunities and challenges of AI across the nonprofit sector, and help shape an AI that works for all.
In this session, we'll hear from Plan International UK, who'll be sharing how they built Plan-GENIE - an AI-powered Copilot agent that gives staff quick, reliable access to information on programmes, approaches and organisational knowledge. Rather than hunting through documents and shared drives, staff can ask Plan-GENIE directly and get answers based on official internal sources.
We'll hear what prompted the project, how it was built and what they've learned so far - then open it up for discussion.
There'll also be space to connect, network and discuss the AI topics and challenges most relevant to you in small groups.
WHAT ARE THE AIMS OF THE GROUP?
By convening this peer group, we’re aiming to:
Facilitate knowledge sharing, open working and collaboration across the sector
Build confidence and shared understanding of AI opportunities and challenges for charities
Explore responsible AI practices and frameworks
Help shape an AI that works for all
