​🌈explore the intersections of cannabis, writing & mindfulness 

​🌈mindfully ingest in community w/ goodies from FLAMER 

​🌈 flow through writing prompts as a meditative practice 

​🌈 work on unfinished writing projects with non-judgment

​​Gina Mostafa is the founder of @queering_existentialism, an education and connection initiative based in NYC that creates containers for the exchange of liberating ideas and the cultivation of communal secure attachment. Their work applies public health, healing-centered harm reduction, non-violent ​communication, restorative justice, psychedelics, and other related topics, to co-create accessible healing in community.

​QE is excited to welcome Courtney Seyl, a playwright, herbalist, and chef based in Brooklyn.They have worked with the Intiman Theatre in Seattle, Primary Stages, Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and the National Queer Theatre.They started Kourtney’s Kitchen in 2023 when they wanted to find a way to still use cannabis for their chronic illnesses without always having to smoke. The mullein leaf teas were created to help improve lung health while the infused honeys worked to provide the relief and  enjoyment of cannabis. They are excited to blend their love of writing, cooking, and cannabis by doing this workshop and more.
