Troika: The Trio of Advisors
Other people’s perspectives are extremely valuable. Each of us sees reality from a very limited point of view, apparently only 3%! Much of what exists outside that view is filtered by habits, assumptions, and quick judgments. What we often call reality is simply what feels familiar to us.
The Trio of Advisors helps widen that view.
By stepping away from everyday language and usual ways of explaining things for a moment, participants are invited to let go of certainty. When the meaning is not immediately clear, listening becomes more attentive. This opens space for new insights to appear.
Instead of giving direct advice, the process creates fresh perspectives. Problems are communicated in unexpected ways, making it easier to see new options, hidden needs, and alternative directions.
Troika is an exercise in creative openness.
It invites people to suspend judgment, trust the intelligence of the group, and experience a powerful idea: sometimes the best way to understand a problem is not to explain it better, but to approach it differently.
