About Event
The event will present the IPCC Technical Guidelines for Assessing Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation, including Indicators, Metrics, and Methodologies (TGIA), and invite COP31 participants to help shape a practical, accessible, and globally relevant product.
Participants would be encouraged to discuss the contribution TGIA should make alongside existing guidance; the forms of guidance users find most useful; how guidance can remain applicable across diverse contexts and capacities; priority cross-cutting principles; and the enabling conditions that should be addressed.
Audience contributions will be captured for consideration by the TGIA author team as the guidelines are developed.
