We will sit down with Michael to discuss his journey from founder to exit, to investor and board member, to scaled CEO. Prior to Justworks, Michael co-founded Employease, one of the earliest HR SaaS companies. He built during the dot-com boom/bust, leading 36 consecutive quarters of growth, and sold to ADP for $160M in 2006. From there, he co-founded Euclidean Technologies, a quantitative investment firm. He transitioned from Board member to executive at Justworks in 2022, and has led their growth in the last decade to $350M+ in annual revenue.
