Women Who Build: Leadership Edition (presented by Netflix x Edenity)

​Lets face it, as leaders and Women in Tech we know a thing or two about the Upside Down.

​This is why Edenity and Netflix have teamed up to create a leadership experience for Senior Women in Engineering Management.

​​Inspired by Eleven’s arc in Stranger Things, we journey from Hawkins to the Upside Down - exploring the hidden pressures of technical leadership, grounding ourselves in reflection, and uncovering the shared realities behind great leadership.

​​Leaders leave with new alliances, fresh perspective, new tools and renewed confidence in their power.
