About Your Facilitator — Larisa Amariei
Larisa is an engineering leader, certified somatic coach, and mindfulness meditation teacher (in training), with over a decade of experience in Berlin’s fintech and startup ecosystem. She’s followed a non-linear career path herself: after a decade working in startups—including as an engineering manager at N26—Larisa discovered her passion for somatic coaching. Today, she mentors tech professionals and leaders, helping them cultivate self-awareness, clarity, and the courage to follow their own vision. With roots in Romania, studies in Italy, and years of growth in Germany, Larisa brings a multicultural perspective to her coaching, leadership, and mindfulness work.
