About Event

A 2-hour live workshop for changemakers, founders, leaders, coaches, counselors, teachers, and organizers who know this moment is asking something more of them.

Look around.

We have our first trillionaire. The far right is consolidating power across the world. Ecological collapse is no longer a future threat, it's a present reality. Digital infrastructure is being built on land and water that communities depend on. Education outcomes are falling. Inequality is widening. And the distance between how different people see the world has never felt greater.

The structures that were supposed to hold us are collapsing, stalling, or revealing themselves to have never been built for most of us in the first place.

And in the gaps - something is growing. Community projects, mutual aid networks, mycelium-like connections between people building something new. Slowly. Beautifully. But not fast enough for the scale of what we're facing.

You feel this. You've felt it for a while.

You've already started.

Shopping local. Giving to mutual aid. Checking in on neighbors. Making ethical choices with what's available to you. Taking courses. Reading the books. Having the conversations.

And still, things feel unfinished. Like the actions you're taking are real but not quite reaching the root. Like you're pushing against something enormous and not sure you're pushing in the right place.

You're not wrong.

Here's what most people don't see.

The billionaires and far-right movements shaping this moment are not just changing policy. They are changing the landscape of what we see, hear, and believe. Targeted advertising, algorithmic media, manufactured culture wars. These are not accidents. They are deliberate tools of indoctrination, designed to shape how we make meaning, who we trust, what we think is possible, and what we believe we deserve.

And here's the harder truth: this indoctrination didn't start with social media. It started much earlier. Capitalism has been reshaping human identity — without consent — for centuries.

It shaped how you measure your worth. How you relate to your body. How you understand rest, productivity, and time. How you show up in relationships. What you believe you're allowed to want. How much of yourself you've learned to hide, shrink, or perform in order to survive.

Science is beginning to show us what many Indigenous and ancestral knowledge systems have always known: that this kind of chronic indoctrination doesn't just change our thinking. Through epigenetics, through nervous system patterning, through the stories embedded in our bodies across generations, it changes how we see, how we feel, and how we act. We carry capitalism in our cells.

If we had our ancestral and ancient ways of relating — to land, to community, to ourselves, to time — things would look different. Not perfect. But different. More rooted. More relational. More capable of sustaining the work of resistance and rebuilding.

Most people don't see these things as connected. The trillionaire and the targeted ad and the burnout and the self-doubt and the feeling that your actions are never enough — these are not separate problems. They are the same system, operating at different scales.

And that is exactly why we need to go to the root.

Not just take more actions. Not just consume more content. Not just make better choices within a system designed to extract from us regardless of what we choose.

We need to reckon: honestly, specifically, personally — with how capitalism has shaped us. Because without that reckoning, no amount of will or action or good intention will be enough to sustain the work this moment requires.

This workshop is that reckoning.

What to expect?

A  2 hour interactive, live workshop including breaks. Yes, the teaching parts will be recorded (the live discussions will stay in the room).

Part 1: The World We're Actually In

An honest look at the polycrisis: biological collapse, rising authoritarianism, digital extraction, food and energy crises, widening inequality and how these converging challenges are connected not just structurally but through the same logic of extraction and domination that capitalism has always operated on. Most people see these as separate issues. We'll see them as one system.

Part 2: How It Got Inside

How capitalism shapes identity, not just through policy or economics but through indoctrination: what we see, what we hear, what we're taught to believe about ourselves and each other. The epigenetics of oppression. The ancestral and ancient ways of being that were disrupted and what it would mean to find our way back to them. And the specific, modern tools (algorithmic media, targeted advertising, manufactured culture wars), that are being used right now to keep us disoriented, divided, and consuming rather than building.

Part 3: Where You Are in the Journey

This is not one-size-fits-all. Your identity, your position, your history, your capacity, and your sphere of influence all shape what "getting free" looks like for you. We'll explore what stage of the journey you're in — from first awareness to integration to embodied action to building with others and what the next genuine step looks like from where you actually stand. For those doing this work professionally, we'll also look at how capitalism operates inside the organizations and spaces we're trying to use for change.

Part 4: What Getting Free Actually Requires

Moving from individual awareness to collective action. From consuming to building. From isolated choices to sustained, rooted practice that expands your sphere of influence — from self to relationships to community to institution. What this looks like in practice. What it asks of you. And what becomes possible when more of us are doing it together.

I will also share an invitation to join the next Sowing Post Capitalist Seeds Pod, a way to continue this work together.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel the urgency of this moment and want to respond to it in a way that actually reaches the root

  • You've done a lot of learning and are ready to move from information into integration and action

  • You work in or alongside organizations, communities, or movements doing justice work and you want to understand how capitalism operates inside those spaces too

  • You feel the gap between the changes you've made and what this moment seems to be asking

  • You're overwhelmed, isolated, or hesitant and you're looking for clarity, direction, and community

  • You want something intersectional, anti-oppressive, and grounded in what actually works, not just theory

  • You sense that your personal liberation and your professional or organizational work are connected, and you want to understand how

What you'll leave with:

  • A specific, honest picture of where capitalism has shaped how you see yourself and where that grip is already loosening

  • Language for what you've been feeling but couldn't quite name: about yourself, your work, and this moment

  • Clarity on where you are in your own liberation journey and what the next genuine step looks like from there

  • An understanding of how your personal practice and your professional or organizational context are part of the same larger work

  • Not another workshop you consumed but a thread you can actually follow into something deeper and more sustained

What's included:

  • 2-hour live interactive session

  • Recording and transcript for accessibility (only the teaching materials will be shared, the discussions will stay in the room)

  • Curated next steps and resources

Investment (all flexible ticket pricing)

  • Standard Ticket: Suggested £51

A Bit About Your Facilitator

Hi! I'm Anuradha (Uh - n uu - r aa - dh aa).

I'm the founder and strategist of The Kowtha Constellation. I’m an Accessibility Strategist dedicated to helping organizations create psychologically safe environments that foster innovation, joy, and liberation - moving towards a Post Capitalist Workplace and Sow Post Capitalist Seeds for a different future. The goal is to re-humanize systems into delightful and relational spaces where both people and businesses thrive.

I truly feel this next 5-10 years is PIVOTAL in resistance and building towards something new. The far right death cult based in white, Christian supremacy is banking on the end of the world and the rich are trying to capitalize on every single thing till that moment (in fact they are hastening its arrival).

It is CRUCIAL that we build the skills we need to do liberatory work whether that be through mutual aid, care work, survival, education, and activism. What we are facing now won't go away on its own! As the structures crumble, we need to be willing to build new, defend what we hold most dear, and resist the age of monsters and the ultra rich.

Let's do this together - linking arms in solidarity.

One Last Thing...

We look to people around the world working and fighting to build participatory and liberated communities. We center the voices of people marginalized by global systems of supremacy: Black, Indigenous, and people of color, people who are queer, trans, impoverished, undocumented, disabled, neurodivergent, fat, and sex workers who are fighting for the rights of all.

If you share this world view, we welcome you to join us for the Cultivating Liberation Workshop.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Please take care of your needs during and after the workshop, and seek appropriate professional support where needed.

Q: Will there be opportunities to go deeper after this workshop?
Yes. Anuradha facilitates a longer program, Sowing Post‑Capitalist Seeds, and occasionally offers related workshops (e.g., tending relationships and repair, community‑building, burnout under capitalism).
