Directed by Jim McSherry, Our Colors Never Fade follows LGBTQIA+ soldiers and civilians in Ukraine who chose to stay and defend their country after Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022. They face the dangers of war and, at the same time, prejudice and targeted persecution. Through personal reflections and frontline experiences, the film shows their courage, their humanity and their fight for national freedom and for the right to exist.
