A certified AI governance professional and executive coach, Lynette closely partners with government bodies and industry associations on training and standards-setting. 

• ​An-Ru Stevens is BetterWiser's Legal Operations expert, with 10 years of experience in digital strategy, process improvement, workflow design, and capability building. She led change management at Herbert Smith Freehills and Eversheds Sutherland. An-Ru holds certifications in PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a law degree from the National University of Singapore.
