Alora is a healthcare technology company he launched in 2005 with a vision to improve how home-based care organizations operate. Under his leadership, Alora grew into a nationally recognized software platform serving approximately 1,400 home health, home care, and hospice organizations across the United States, supported by a team of about 85 employees.
In 2026, Sathish successfully sold a majority interest in Alora to LivTech, a healthcare technology company backed by PSG Equity, while retaining an ownership stake in the combined organization. His journey, from identifying an industry need and building a product to scaling a successful company and navigating a strategic exit, offers valuable lessons in entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, and value creation.
