​About Megan: Megan Regard Walsh is a seasoned marketing leader with over two decades of experience in lifecycle, CRM, loyalty and e-commerce. She currently serves as Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing at Canva, a role she began in September 2021. Prior to Canva, Megan held senior roles including Director of E-commerce at KiwiCo, Inc. (April 2020–Sept 2021) and Global CRM & Loyalty Lead at StubHub (Aug 2016–Feb 2020), where she led global teams to achieve 40 % year-on-year growth for five consecutive quarters. Earlier in her career, she held leadership marketing roles at brands like ModCloth, Schoola, and Williams‑Sonoma, Inc.—building her expertise in retention, acquisition and dynamic content strategies.
