🎤 Keith Bradbury, Co-Founder of Ember, is a deep generalist.
Ember is building the future of intercity transport – fully electric and tech enabled. Their goal is to replace the private car with a better alternative which makes your whole journey, from A to B, seamless. Our full stack platform powers the operations, the charging infrastructure, and the entire customer experience. As a result, we’re running the highest mileage EV’s in the world on the most demanding routes.
🎤 Mat Norbury spent five years and far more of his own money than was sensible taking brain-sensing technology out of the lab and into the real world with FC Labs. In January 2026, after a lead investor pulled out at the 11th hour, he put the company into voluntary liquidation. He's not ashamed to admit he found the limit of his resilience and was in a low place for a while. Going again was the last thing he wanted. But doing deliveries for Evri didn't provide the calm he was after, so six months later he's co-founder and CEO of Aelo Neurotech, building a wearable that does for the brain what Whoop and Oura do for the body. He'll talk about what it really costs to keep going, and the bits nobody puts on LinkedIn.
