Anti-burnout Protocols for Changemakers is a practical session for humans who care a lot and are tired of feeling stretched to the limit. Together, we will:
name what burnout really looks like in change-making work,
spot your personal early warning signs, and
play with simple practices that protect your energy, focus, and joy.
Expect a mix of short inputs, guided reflection, and body-based grounding, all at your own pace, with cameras and sharing always optional. You will leave with a small, realistic “anti-burnout kit” that fits your actual life, not some ideal version of it, so you can keep doing the work you care about without losing yourself on the way.
