​Tala’s Garden and Crosscourt invites you for an afternoon to reset the mind, body, and spirit. Loraine of Tala's Garden will guide us through a vinyasa flow, all levels welcomed, followed by a guided sound bath meditation. 

​Crosscourt is a premium basketball performance club built for players who want more than just organized pick-up runs. We combine athletic training, competitive leagues, and a tight-knit community to help you level up on and off the court.
