Sound, Training & Sauna with Spintop and Tonada

​Spintop Ventures and Tonada are opening the Wednesday of Nordic Tech Week early. We're inviting friends, founders and investors to an energizing morning experience.

​A good workout, a sauna, shakes afterwards, and Tonada - who build the sound of physical spaces - running the audio throughout. Every room gets its own soundscape: the workout room, the sauna, the entrance, the changing rooms. Four rooms, four soundscapes, one system.

​Pick training or sauna when you register.

​🚴 Hybrid training │ 55 minutes in Ignite's Hybrid Space. Seven stations across cardio and strength, with a coach guiding us. All levels welcome - you set the pace.

​🧖 Sauna & ice │ Heat, cold plunge, stillness. Smaller and quieter, more time for conversations.

​No real preference? Say so and we'll pick for you. We'll confirm your room and entrance by email on Monday.

⏰ From 07:15 │ Both rooms get going. Exact start times differ a little, and we'll confirm yours by email on Monday
🥤 08:25 │ Shakes. The Tonada platform is open for you to try - build a sound profile for a space you run and hear it back on the spot
