Climate writers 🌱 ft. ECOMIND on managing climate distress & anxiety
Our July Speakers are the team from ECOMIND, Australia's leading youth climate mental health & wellbeing charity, who will teach us practical ways to manage climate distress and anxiety. ECOMIND offers Australia's first climate mental health first aid training, helping young Aussies tackle climate anxiety, eco-distress, and burnout so they can turn their climate emotions into climate action. After an already crazy first half of 2026, it's important to check in and bolster our mental health and wellbeing for the worthwhile work ahead. This adapted session from ECOMIND's certificate will help you wherever you are at; whether you need an energy boost, a safe space to share how you're feeling, or practical tips to support yourself and your community.
Come along to this interactive workshop to learn how to transform any difficult feelings you might have about climate into action and hope.
