Launching the Technical AI Safety Club

​The Technical AI Safety Club is a new always-on community room for BlueDot members building, researching, or thinking about technical AI safety. No agenda, no prep, no schedule. A Zoom room that's always live. Drop in whenever you want to talk to other people working on technical safety.

​The room follows the sun. Whether it's 2pm in Berlin or 11pm in Sydney, somebody's usually around, and if they aren't, you can be the first one there and someone will join you.

​This event is the official launch. Come meet the people who'll be in the room with you on a regular Tuesday night.

​What to expect on launch night:

• ​A short framing from Vanisa on why she started the club and how it works

• ​Round-robin intros so you know who you're sharing the room with going forward

• ​Open discussion: what you're reading, what you're stuck on, what you wish existed in technical safety right now

• ​The persistent Zoom link shared during the event, bookmark it and drop in anytime after
