Swati is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO of Melo Associates, a talent firm specializing in revenue roles, with a focus on post-sales and customer growth in tech. She co-founded CuSP, a Chicago-based Customer Success community that brings professionals together to connect and grow. An Amazon best-selling co-author of The Customer Success Talent Playbook, Swati is a sought-after speaker on hiring and the future of Customer Success. She has been named one of USA Today's Top 10 Recruiting Experts and recognized as a Top 25 Customer Success leader.
In-House POV: Ashley Ebersberger
Ashley is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Morningstar, a global provider of independent investment research and financial data, where she leads the recruiting team supporting corporate hiring. She brings more than 15 years of recruiting experience in financial and professional services, including roles at Morgan Stanley and EY. Ashley started her career in agency recruiting and has deep expertise in sourcing, building scalable processes, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. She holds a PHR certification and a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
