Dr. Michelle Flynn, Senior Behavioral Scientist, Infor Talent Science
Michelle holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has more than eight years of experience designing data-driven solutions for hiring, engagement, and employee development. She helps build Infor’s talent assessment solutions with a focus on practical, measurable results.
