Still Human - Led by People / Built with AI
Still Human: Built with AI and decided by people - Talent Crunch Summit 2026
A one-day summit for talent acquisition, talent and RecOps professionals at scaling and enterprise organisations
Headline sponsor: Greenhouse Software | Supporting sponsor: Satellite Talent.
Still Human is a full day event on that question
"Still" means...
What remains ours once automation takes the admin?
The calm we need to make good calls while the tools keep changing around us?
We start with practitioners who have drawn the line between AI and judgement inside their own teams, then get hands-on.
2 X 60 mins workshops have us building with AI on our own hiring questions, and a World Café brings us together on where hiring goes next.
We close with a fireside chat and the Talent Crunch Community Awards. Speakers are announced in the coming weeks.
