Reflection & Direction Workshop – Cultivating Habits
What habits shape your days — and which ones truly support the life you want to live?
Habits are quiet agreements we make with ourselves — shaping our energy, focus, creativity, and sense of direction over time.
In this 3-hour Reflection & Direction Workshop, guided by Transformation Designer Daniele Lauriola and Creative Health Consultant & Facilitator Kathy Känzig, we turn our attention to the habits that carry us through daily life — and explore how to consciously cultivate those that support clarity, vitality, and meaningful change.
Through guided reflection, short inputs, light embodiment practices, and shared moments, you’ll explore:
which habits have shaped your past months
which patterns you may want to gently interrupt
and which small, realistic habits could support your next chapter
Rather than aiming for radical change, this workshop focuses on attunement, consistency, and integration — helping you translate insight into practices that can actually be lived.
