In our last System Lab, we connected Tana Outliner to New Tana through Remote MCP and explored the core workflows: reading information from Outliner, using that to generate documents in Tana, updating those documents with Outliner context during a meeting, and sending New Tana content and artifacts back to Outliner.
In this next session, we’ll build on that foundation and explore more advanced workflows between the two environments. We’ll look at creating reusable skills in Tana, designing agent-powered workflows that draw on your Outliner context, and using triggered automations to move information and work between them.
