About Event

If you're a CTO, technical founder, or engineer thinking seriously about what it takes to build and ship AI products, this is the room you want to be in.

We're bringing together two speakers from the front lines of AI product development: Sarah Sachs, AI Lead at Notion, and Aryaman Khandelwal, Head of Product for v0 at Vercel. Two of the people most responsible for shipping AI products that millions of people actually use. The conversation will be moderated by Dan Krasnostein, Partner at Square Peg.

Expect a candid, technical conversation about the real decisions, tradeoffs, and iteration loops behind products that are redefining how people work and build. Notion and Vercel have both shipped AI-native products at speed and at scale, and this is your chance to ask them how.

What we'll dig into:

  • How to ship AI features users actually trust, not just demos

  • What the build-test-ship loop looks like inside high-velocity AI teams

  • Tradeoffs that matter: UX vs. model behaviour, latency, reliability, cost, and safety

  • How to structure teams and keep shipping momentum in a fast-moving space

  • Live Q&A, bring your hardest questions

Who it's for: CTOs, Heads of Engineering, technical founders, and developers building AI features or AI-native products.

Spots are limited, and registration is subject to approval. We're keeping the room small to keep the conversation high-signal.

About the speakers

Sarah Sachs, AI Lead, Notion

Sarah leads AI product development at Notion, one of the most widely used productivity tools in the world. She's on the front line of shipping AI features that millions of teams depend on every day.

Aryaman Khandelwal, Head of Product, v0 at Vercel

Aryaman leads product for v0, Vercel's AI-powered platform for building and shipping full-stack apps. Before Vercel, he co-founded Vivid, a Figma-to-UI builder that Vercel acquired. He's a CS grad from Princeton and has been central to v0's evolution into one of the most widely used AI developer tools right now.

Dan Krasnostein, Partner, Square Peg Capital (Moderator) Dan is a Partner at Square Peg, one of Australia's leading VC firms backing early-stage tech. He leads Square Peg's Australian investment team and has backed some of the fastest-growing startups across APAC. He's spent over a decade on the front lines of the startup ecosystem and knows exactly what questions founders and builders actually need answered.

About Notion

Notion is the AI workspace that brings docs, projects, and team knowledge into one connected place—so startups can move faster with less busywork; with AI and agents built in, teams can summarize meetings into decisions and action items, draft and refine first-pass docs (like PRDs, pitches, and onboarding) using workspace context, and automate repeatable ops work.

In Australia, companies like Eucalyptus, Heidi & Woolworths use Notion to run projects, keep teams aligned, and scale how they work as they grow.
