About the immigration attorney:
Jacky Ji is a U.S. business immigration attorney who works with startup founders, global companies, and high-skilled professionals on U.S. immigration matters.
Before founding Ji Mobility Law, Jacky worked at leading U.S. immigration law firms, where she served Salesforce, PayPal, eBay, and Reddit. She also interned with Google’s Legal Department.
Jacky focuses on green cards for extraordinary talent and work visas for founders, including EB-1A, NIW, O-1, H-1B, and L-1. For the past 10 months, Jacky has worked with 15+ Silicon Valley startups and 25+ top professionals worldwide, as well as fast-growing and publicly traded technology companies.
She holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California.
