About Event

🚨 New to leadership? Feeling like you’re supposed to “just know” how to manage people?

You’re not alone - 42% of tech workers think their managers struggle, and most first-time leaders get zero real training.
If you’ve been thrown into the deep end, welcome. This space was built for you.

🌿 Welcome to Leaders Lab: The Grounded Leader Sessions

A small, real-talk practice circle (10 people max) where new managers bring their actual leadership challenges — overwhelm, conflict, delegation, team dynamics — and learn to navigate them with more clarity, calm, and confidence.

No jargon. No slides. No “5-step frameworks.”
Just real humans practising leadership in real time.

Leadership: the fine art of looking like you’ve got it together while holding 6 crises.

⚠️ Only 10 spots per session.
We keep it small so every voice gets heard - no hiding behind a muted mic! This is live, human practice, not a passive webinar.

⚡ Who it's for?

For new managers, team leads and founders who are:

  • Struggling to adapt to the chaos of the workplace

  • Trying to lead with empathy but burning out in the process

  • Wondering how to leave work behind after hours

  • Managing people with different skillsets than them

  • Worrying about performing “high enough” for senior management

  • Facing imposter syndrome (“too junior / too new”)

  • Being handed more responsibility without real support

  • Frustrated that the team isn’t taking accountability

  • Finishing others’ work just to meet deadlines

If you nodded at even one of these, this is for you.

📓 How it works

We start light with a short grounding and a few gentle exercises to land from the day.
Then we dive into guided reflections and small-group conversations that uncover what’s really shaping your leadership: your reactions, body signals, and daily choices.

💡 Note: Spots are limited to 10 per session to keep conversations real and personal. Once we hit capacity, we’ll prioritise waitlist applicants for the next round.

🪶 Why it works

Leadership isn’t learned in your head.
It’s learned in your body.

We help you notice the moment-to-moment signals that shape your behaviour:

  • The breath that goes shallow before conflict

  • The heartbeat that speeds up before a hard conversation

  • The “yes” that escapes your mouth when you mean “no”

When you can feel those signals, you can change them.
That’s how grounded leadership is built.

⚠️ Important: This isn’t comfortable work.

This isn’t therapy or a replacement for it.

Growth requires honesty, and honesty can feel uncomfortable.

Think of this like going to a doctor or a lawyer: the clearer you describe your symptoms, the better we can help.

You’ll need to:

  • Share what’s really not working (not just surface issues)

  • Be open about your fears and uncertainties

  • Sit with the discomfort of not having immediate answers

  • Listen to perspectives that might challenge your assumptions

💡 The discomfort is where the growth happens.

❤️ What participants say

Hearing myself say out loud what was stuck in my system — and having it reflected back — grounded me immediately. I left knowing exactly what my next step is.”

⚠️ Only 10 spots per session

We keep it small so every voice is heard.
Once it’s full, we prioritise the waitlist.

🪶 This pilot round is free

From January, we introduce a small €5 commitment fee to keep the circle intentional.

Come curious. Leave centered.
