​A coworking meetup for solo operators, freelancers and contractors in Perth. Come work alongside peers and help shape what this community becomes.

​What is this?

​A coworking session for those who see themselves as operators. Embedded in teams, executing, building and delivering.

​The Backstory

​All Hands started as a conversation between Grace and Katie - two Perth-based freelancers who reconnected after working in Sydney and Melbourne and realised something was missing back home: a community for operators.

​We’re both embedded in tech and startup teams and know the reality of solo operator life (juggling delivery, scope, rates, pipeline and momentum)

​This session is about finding others on a similar path and building something supportive together.

​Who it’s for

• ​Anyone freelancing or contracting or solo operating
  (marketing, product, data, design, engineering, ops, CX, etc.)

• ​Operators who don’t necessarily identify as founders or small-biz owners

• ​Freelance-curious or remote workers who are close to the work
