Techstars Future of Food Powered by Ecolab: Meet the 2026 Cohort

​Meet the newest cohort of the Techstars Future of Food Powered by Ecolab accelerator and get an early look at what founders are building across the future of food. The accelerator invests in pre-seed and seed-stage companies working across the food value chain, including supply chain, labor, water technology, retail, restaurant technology, and more.

​Throughout this fast-moving session, eight founders from the current cohort will each take the stage for 3–5 minutes to introduce what they're building, the problem they're tackling, and what makes their approach different, followed by a brief audience Q&A.
