Welcome to Huff, a recurring curated exploration of niche and interesting perfumes in Richmond, VA.
This month, we’ve got a collection of fragrances inspired by the four seasons.
EVER HEARD OF EM?
The selection won’t be prescriptive about climate-appropriate scents; rather, we’ll have four collections of perfumes evocative of the seasons.
spring–
new growth, buds, sprouts, blossoms, and rain
summer–
humid, lush, juicy, green, full gardens, hot concrete
fall–
dry grasses, decaying leaves and fruit, gourds even
winter–
snowy, seeing your breath, staying bundled, nip of whiskey
The goal is to explore the impressions of each season through scent, and hopefully connect you to new perfumes and perfumers that resonate.
So join us for a nice daytime huffing, Saturday, September 6, from 3-5 p.m. at ART 180, our dear host! and local youth-focused arts nonprofit. This event is free with a suggested donation of $5 to our lovely host.

ART 180 is a community-centered arts space + nonprofit that provides free arts programming to young people, hosts exhibitions, and brings public art events, workshops for adult and youth artists, and installations to Richmond.
