About Event

The session aims to provide a practical perspective on how the two markets compare and where risks and opportunities currently lie.

The session will cover:

  • What is changing across global private credit markets

  • How Australian Real Estate Credit differs from US private credit

  • Why structure, security and duration matter

  • Current domestic opportunities and portfolio positioning

  • Case study and stress testing

  • Impact from higher interest rates

  • Open Q&A with the real estate credit team

The session will run for approximately 45–60 minutes, including a 30-minute presentation followed by discussion.

Lunch will be provided.

Places are strictly limited to maintain a small, conversational format.
