​​During this 90 minute intensive meeting, your team meets with a media coach from LAUREL to develop a crisis response plan that can easily be deployed by your team. During this session, we'll map stakeholders, assess situational urgency, create key messages and coordinate details to develop a crisis response comms toolkit tailored to your brand and situation.

​This offering is available at no additional cost to members at the STRATEGIC membership level and higher. Available to other member levels at a discounted rate.

​​Format: Google Meet video call

​​Cadence: This is a one-time appointment

​​Who Attends: Our session involves at least one (1) LAUREL comms strategist, you, and any relevant members of your leadership team.

​​What to Bring: Situational overview, your business priorities, copies of any stakeholder communications and situational details (if managing an active crisis)

​​Outcome: By the end of this call, you will have clarity on your path forward to communicate from pre-crisis through to post-crisis monitoring. Within 1 business day, LAUREL will deliver your customized Crisis Response Toolkit for use by your team.

​​Support: Following your strategy call and toolkit delivery, your LAUREL comms strategist is available to answer questions via email for 30 days following your appointment. No creative assets or media relations services are included in this appointment.
