LAHM - Start with Your Story
Start with Your Story
Human first. System next. An AI that fits.
AI is changing how we work, build businesses, create, and connect—but adopting AI doesn't have to mean losing what makes your work uniquely yours.
Join Somos Latinx in Tech Montreal and QUEtAL for an evening during Latin American Heritage Month exploring a more human approach to AI adoption.
Rather than another event focused on AI tools, trends, or technical jargon, we'll start with something more fundamental: your story, your work, your business, and what matters to you.
Together, we'll explore:
How AI is changing the way we work and do business
Where AI can genuinely create value—and where it shouldn't replace the human element
How to identify the right opportunities to bring AI into your work
What it takes to move from curiosity and experimentation to meaningful adoption
The realities of time, cost, trust, and change that come with adopting AI
How we can stay adaptable as technology continues to evolve
Expect an engaging evening of conversation, practical perspectives, interactive moments, and meaningful connections with Latin American professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community members from across Quebec.
You don't need to be a technology expert to join us. Whether you're just beginning to explore AI or already experimenting with it, this evening is about meeting people where they are—and thinking together about where we go next.
Come curious. Bring your experience. Leave with ideas you can actually use.
Presented in partnership by Somos Latinx in Tech Montreal and QUEtAL, as part of Latin American Heritage Month.
More details about location, speakers and programming will be announced soon.
All welcome!
We invite allies to join us at Somos Latinx in Tech events to celebrate, support, and uplift the Latinx tech community alongside us.
